CHARACTER
I love crafting characters, whether they be for a larger than life animation or for the polished gravitas of a business promotion.
Some are larger than life, others are subtle; each one specifically chosen to match each project.
I love working on audiobooks, audio dramas, animations and video games. When I can really get my teeth into a character, it doesn't feel like work at all.
ABOUT ME
I live in Chessington, UK (near the World of Adventures). Thanks to good transport links, I can get into London easily for work if needed.
I used to work as a massage therapist specialising in relaxation and wellbeing. My voice was a key part of my practice, creating a peaceful atmosphere and ensuring my clients felt comfortable to give me feedback.
I did a degree in Japanese and lived in Akita for a year, which taught me a lot about communicating across culture and how tone and inflection change in different languages.
I have run countless hours of Dungeons and Dragons games, and played almost as much. I've been making up characters and voices since I was a little one, both mimicking and adapting what I heard.
